Ongoing Project

Thumingalar Market (NyanTaw Market) Project

The new 6-storey high-end market development project at Thumingalar Market (NyanTaw Market) will feature shops on each floor, a children’s playground and a cinema. Additionally, solar panels will be installed to generate electricity using solar energy. Designed with modern architecture, The new Thumingalar Market (NyanTaw Market) will include a Local Fresh Fruits & Meats Market and Banking Service Area on the ground floor. The parking area will also be equipped with battery charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs), making it a state-of-the-art market.

The infrastructure landscape is evolving and is a much-needed area of investment in propelling the growth of Myanmar. Even with the tremendous changes that Myanmar experience in the past years, Myanmar is still lacking in infrastructure especially in electricity and transportation route. As we witness positive trajectory in energy consumption and transportation services within Myanmar, we plan to impact our nation through investing in such infrastructure while strongly adhering to our mission and vision of sustainable practice, satisfaction of stakeholders and valuing our employees.
